Our New Potato Planting Equation...
8 varieties of potatoes + 2.5 men + 1 new German potato planter + 1 beautiful sunny day = 6 ACRES OF POTATOES PLANTED!
Did you know that it takes a potato to grow a potato? We cut up the potato "seed", which is basically just a potato, and plant it into the ground. This piece of potato will grow into a potato plant and produce many new potatoes for us to harvest this summer. Check out the pictures of our planting...
